Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone
Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract)

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and possess good hand-eye coordination

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have a strong client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and demonstrate flexibility

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean and make minor repairs to the vehicle, pick up passengers and drive them to destinations, and assist passengers with luggage and in boarding vehicles
• The candidates should be able to take the vehicle for servicing, collect fare, and assist clients/guests with special needs
• The candidates should be able to record transactions, provide basic tourist information, and attend to complaints or difficult passengers
• The candidates should be able to operate dispatch systems and operate two-way radios
