Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time any offer of employment is made, and seeking any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations should be the sole responsibility of the candidates applying for this position
- The candidates should be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances depending on the work location. Please refer to the Transport Canada site for more details
- The candidates should be willing to work shifts and extended hours and organize and keep safe all aircraft records
- The candidates should have the ability to shift focus given changing priorities and time constraints
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should liaise with other warehouse locations, departments, customers, and manufacturer representatives along with internal personnel
- The candidates should analyze outputs and extract pertinent technical data from automated systems
- The candidates should possess strong analytical skills as well as a keen interest and ability to work with data and demonstrate proficiency with PC tools such as Word, Excel, and MS Outlook
- The candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) when dealing with personnel and customers and must be team players
- The candidates should exhibit good organizational skills with a strong awareness of precision, an investigative nature and be self-motivated and knowledge of logistics operations and maintenance programs
- The candidates should conduct daily audits of Technical Logs, work orders, work packages, material packages, and related data for accuracy and follow-up on errors or omissions
- The candidates should process component changes ensuring regulatory requirements are met
