Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be willing to work shifts and extended hours if or when required, showing a commitment to meeting operational demands
• The candidates should organize and securely maintain all aircraft records, ensuring accurate record-keeping practices
• The candidates should conduct daily audits of Technical Logs, work orders, work packages, material packages, and related data for accuracy, following up on any errors or omissions to ensure compliance
• The candidates should be able to shift focus as required by changing priorities and time constraints, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• The candidates should demonstrate a keen interest and ability to work with data, highlighting an analytical approach to tasks

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should liaise with other warehouse locations, departments, customers, and manufacturer representatives, along with internal personnel, as required, ensuring clear and efficient communication across teams
• The candidates should analyze outputs and extract pertinent technical data from automated systems, showcasing strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• The candidates should have proficiency with PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook), as these are essential tools for daily tasks, knowledge and experience with TRAX software
• The candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written), enabling effective interactions with personnel and customers and ensuring they are team players and good organizational skills with a strong awareness of precision, maintaining accuracy in all tasks
• The candidates should possess an investigative nature and be self-motivated, allowing them to work independently and knowledge of logistics operations and maintenance programs, as this knowledge is beneficial to the role
• The candidates should process component changes, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, demonstrating a thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations and be eligible to work in the country where the position is offered at the time any employment offer is made, ensuring they meet all necessary legal work requirements
• The candidates should assume full responsibility for seeking any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations essential for eligibility, understanding that this process is their responsibility
• The candidates should be able to obtain and maintain applicable transportation security clearances based on the designated work location, adhering to all standards as outlined by Transport Canada
