Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing to work shifts and extended hours and organize and securely maintain all aircraft records
- The candidates should conduct daily audits of technical logs, work orders, work packages, material packages, and related data for accuracy and follow up on errors or omissions and possess an investigative nature and be self-motivated
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to liaise with other warehouse locations, departments, customers, manufacturer representatives, and internal personnel
- The candidates should be able to analyze outputs and extract pertinent technical data from automated systems and possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate a keen interest and ability to work with data
- The candidates should be proficient with PC applications, including Word, Excel, and MS Outlook and shift focus effectively given changing priorities and time constraints
- The candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and work effectively as a team player
- The candidates should have good organizational skills with a strong emphasis on precision and knowledge of logistics operations and maintenance programs
- The candidates should be able to process component changes while ensuring regulatory requirements are met
