Experience: Candidates should have 8 years of experience in leadership roles with direct report
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or a related domain
- The candidates should have 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- The candidates should have experience with Product Trust, Security, Reliability, and Resilience programs, including Disaster Recovery
- The candidates should have expertise in navigating competing technical priorities and programs and ability to influence across a cross-functional organization
- The candidates should have a basic understanding of Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence concepts
- The candidates should have the ability to translate technical program details into executive-level summaries
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to lead a team of ATS TPgMs, guiding their career development, coaching, mentoring, and identifying opportunities for exciting career challenges
- The candidates should be able to drive cross-functional programs in large work groups that span multiple teams, proactively managing stakeholders through communication and alignment
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with leadership in key program decision-making, including scope definition, requirements gathering, staffing, planning, and execution of programs
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate strategic impact by developing cross-functional tools and processes to transform the operation and effectiveness of the organization, streamlining processes and driving improvements for scale and efficiency
- The candidates should be able to collaborate and build alliances with Program Manager functions across the organization, sharing knowledge and experience to scale efforts
