Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Spreadsheet, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and programming software
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be flexible

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to promote sales to existing clients, identify and solicit potential clients, and assess clients’ needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services
- The candidates should be able to develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of goods or services, deliver sales presentations, and represent companies that export and import products or services to and from foreign countries
- The candidates should be able to conduct sales transactions, prepare and administer sales contracts, use sales forecasting software, and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
- The candidates should be able to estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates, and provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients’ needs.
- The candidates should be able to consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, reach out to clients after sale or signed contracts, and review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
- The candidates should be able to train customers’ staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment, provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of goods or services, and resolve product and service-related problems
- The candidates should be able to troubleshoot problems related to equipment, advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services
