Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire, transfer and every two years thereafter
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a related field with 3+ years of related experience, experience in a customer-facing or support role such as technical escalation support, product support, developer support, IT DevOps, IT Admin/support, Systems Development, Consulting, or IT/Network Operations
- The candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas, Deep understanding of Cloud services (preferably Azure; AWS experience, Experience with Azure architecture and its components (Compute, Storage, ARM, Networking), Familiarity with Microsoft AI services, including Azure Machine Learning Proficiency in Python, R, REST concepts, NET, Java, JavaScript, Scala, C/C++, and debugging, Familiarity with development tools, languages, processes, methods, and troubleshooting and Experience with Data Science and generative AI solution
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review highly complex issues, contact customers to understand the issue, and ensure customers stay informed on the status or solution
- The candidates should be able to utilize troubleshooting tools debugging to help resolve customer issues and support business operations both locally and globally
- The candidates should be able to serve as a technical escalation point for highly complex cases and assist other engineers with case resolution
- The candidates should be able to perform complex product troubleshooting and remediation, working alongside development teams to resolve incidents related to configuration, code, or service deficiencies
- The candidates should be able to analyze patterns of problems and identify workflows to optimize support engineering delivery at the team or regional level
- The candidates should be able to collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues with support engineering groups, product groups, services teams, and account teams
- The candidates should be able to assist in developing end-to-end readiness programs, including mentoring, leading triages, content creation, technical writing, and quality assurance checks
- The candidates should be able to act as trusted advisors to product groups, influencing and proposing fixes to improve designated disciplines or technologies
