Shifts: Weekend, Flexible Hours, Early Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of performing repetitive tasks, and able to handle heavy loads
• The candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks, possess hand-eye coordination, and have attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
• The candidates should be able to work outdoors, in wet/damp conditions, in dusty environments, and in hot conditions

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
• The candidates should be able to harvest crops
