Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Own tools/equipment:Â Tools and Steel-toed safety bootsÂ
Security and safety:Â Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in noisy and dusty environments, excelling in a fast-paced work environment
- The candidates should be experienced in handling heavy loads, possess manual dexterity for intricate tasks, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail
- The candidates should have excellent hand-eye coordination and be able to stand for extended periods
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to compute dimensions and tolerances and set up machine tools
- The candidates should be able to verify machined parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
- The candidates should be able to machine, fit, and assemble castings and other parts to make metal molds, core boxes, and precision models of the required shape
- The candidates should be able to inspect and test final products, read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
- The candidates should be able to design tools, molds, jigs, and fixtures
