Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work under pressure, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
• The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to work outdoors, and in hot area

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be client focus, dependable, organized, initiative, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
• The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to drive sightseeing or tour vehicle, confirm transportation and accommodation reservations
• The candidates should be able to co-ordinate recreation activities, describe points of interest
• The candidates should be able to resolve itinerary and other problems, attend to hotel, airport, train and other check-in and check-out procedures
• The candidates should be able to develop and deliver commentaries, co-ordinate activities with local tour guides or leaders of performance groups
• The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs
• The candidates should be able to transport or escort individuals or groups on tours of cities, waterways and industrial and other establishment
