Documentation knowledge: Bill of lading, Driver logbook, Maintenance and repair reports, and Trip reports

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Candidate Status:

Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns, load and unload goods, and obtain special permits and other documents required for international cargo transport
The candidates should be able to operate and drive straight or articulated trucks, oversee vehicle conditions and inspect equipment, and pay and receive payments for goods
The candidates should be able to perform emergency roadside repairs, conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, perform preventive maintenance, receive and relay information to central dispatch, and record cargo information and vehicle metrics
