Job Description:

Salary: $28.40 hourly for 35 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Credentials: AZ class license

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions, and load and unload goods
The candidates should be able to oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment, and perform emergency roadside repairs
The candidates should be able to tarp and ensure safety and security of cargo

Candidate Status:

Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
