Salary: $21.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Edmonton, AB
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation and Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Repair and In shop
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificates
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Mechanical
Own tools/equipment: Safety glasses/goggles and Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in dusty conditions and be able to work in a noisy environment, dusty and noisy work environments should be manageable for the candidates
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity for precise work
- The candidates should have a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should demonstrate hand-eye coordination skills
- The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to work overtime when required
- The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks and capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills for effective communication
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
- The candidates should be reliable in completing assigned tasks
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to inspect products to determine the requirements for repair
- The candidates should be able to repair or replace defective or worn parts and components
- The candidates should be able to test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning
- The candidates should be able to calibrate products using hand tools
