Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, distinguish between colours
The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail, work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

The candidates should be reliable and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to clean the crops and grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour, and volume to fetch a high price in the market
The candidates should be able to pack fruits and vegetables and examine the product for quality and its readiness for the market
