Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work independently, perform repetitive tasks, handle heavy loads, meet tight deadlines, manage physically demanding tasks, demonstrate hand-eye coordination, distinguish between colours, maintain attention to detail, stand for extended periods, and bend, crouch, and knee

Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to clean crops, cultivate on a vertical farming system, and perform greenhouse cleaning
The candidates should be able to hand-harvest vegetables, maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes, and pack and sort fruits and vegetables
The candidates should be able to weed, clean the work area, examine products for quality and readiness, and report signs of insect or disease damage, while mixing and preparing soils
