Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have 2 years’ experience driving vehicles
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should meet local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have knowledge of package handling principles and GED, or international equivalent
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare the work zone with suitable equipment in accordance with current guidelines
- The candidates should be able to assist with organizing the specified set-up and unload incoming packages manually or using machinery
- The candidates should be able to check the quantity and condition of delivery units and scan packages using the correct equipment
- The candidates should be able to sort packages according to defined processes UPS department, destination) and store them in designated areas by category
- The candidates should be able to fill out documentation or records and validate information on the appropriate media and reposition vehicles according to the established dock plan
- The candidates should be able to clean the work environment during or after operations and report any malfunctions to the supervisor
