Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have a University degree or College diploma in Finance, Accounting, or business-related discipline or equivalent work experience
Experience: Candidates should have 1-2 years experience in a Finance/Accounting role

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to handle the administration, process flow, and verification of Vendor Support contracts
- The candidates should be able to ensure accurate and timely entry of the contracts, billings, and any necessary adjustments
- The candidates should be able to serve as a finance contact for both internal (Merchandising and Finance) and external client groups (Vendors), demonstrating a customer-focused approach
- The candidates should be able to review all Vendor Support contracts for completeness and accuracy of information
- The candidates should be able to analyze and adjust contract billings and vendor accounts as required
- The candidates should be able to perform timely data entry of all contracts and adjustments into the Vendor Support System
- The candidates should be able to handle both internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- The candidates should be able to ensure all supporting documentation is obtained and reviewed for completeness
- The candidates should be able to prepare various reporting of vendor funds and necessary controls
- The candidates should be able to provide training and orientation to new department members on the applications and both the Vendor Support processes
- The candidates should be able to participate in any adhoc analysis and/or automation projects as required
