Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of Grade 10
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 23 kilograms (50 lbs) and be available to work for a minimum of 3 hours between 6:00 am and noon
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, punctuality, and a professional demeanor and cooperate with others and follow directions well
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have Secondary 4 education and read, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- The candidates should possess strong listening skills and basic math skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist in preparing offices for a volume count and count letter mail and oversized mail in letter carrier cases on a block basis and record the total
- The candidates should be able to complete Letter Carrier Route sampling forms, obtaining the information from letter carriers
- The candidates should be able to weigh mail for letter carrier delivery and assist with analysis, using a calculator
