Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a hot environment
- The candidates should be able to work in a noisy environment
- The candidates should be able to perform tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be equipped with efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral communication
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in their approach and take initiative in their responsibilities
- The candidates should be known for their reliability and be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and present bills, accepting payment in various forms
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, and advise on menu selections for customers
- The candidates should be able to balance cash, record sales, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
- The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- The candidates should be able to assist clients/guests with special needs and provide customer service
