Salary: $15.80 to $16.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work overtime as required
- The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should focus on clients, demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, and be reliable
- The candidate should be a team player and have the ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers’ cheques, or room billings and describe menu items including daily specials for customers
- The candidates should be able to advise on menu selections and describe and advise on wine selection
- The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages and order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
- The candidates should be able to perform sensory evaluation of wines and serve food and beverages
- The candidates should be able to take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
