Minas Brazilian Steakhouse brings you traditional cuisine from the heart of Southeast Brazil, under the guidance of master head chef Jose Montes. It’s Brazilian open barbecue cuisine, known as rodizio. Served tableside on skewers, our delicious selection of meats is complemented by a wide variety of delicious dishes, ensuring a unique dining experience for every eater in your family, friend, group, or corporate outing. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to Part-time leading to full-time or permanent employment. The shifts the candidate has to work are Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On Call, Flexible Hours, and Morning.

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to advise on menu selections
- The candidate should be able to serve food and beverages
- The candidate should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, traveler’s cheques, or room billings
- The candidate should be able to order and maintain an inventory of wines and wine glassware
- The candidate should be able to describe menu items including daily specials for customers
- The candidate should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables
- The candidate should be able to take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- The candidate should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- The candidate should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidate should be able to train staff
- The candidate should be able to supervise other servers and bussing staff
- The candidate should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
