Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a college certificate or University degree in related fields: International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics
Experience: Candidates should have minimum 5 years’ experience in shipping/receiving & Logistics

  • The candidates should have a safety-first mentality and never compromise on safety
  • The candidates should have the ability to frequently and repetitively bend, lift, and reach to move and install parts of varying size and weight overhead
  • The candidates should have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, with heavier items being lifted infrequently
  • The candidates should have reliable and strong time-management skills
  • The candidates should be comfortable learning and operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and order pickers
  • The candidates should be comfortable learning and using technology such as scanners, computers, etc.
  • The candidates should have keyboarding skills

  • The candidates should have user-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to perform daily operations at a forward stock location as warehouse associates
  • The candidates should have previous experience working in a warehouse or with automotive parts
  • The candidates should be able to prioritize workplace safety and ensure a respectful environment
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a sustainable pace of work, efficiently handling receiving and shipping of vehicle parts, whether by piece, box, or pallet
  • The candidates should take responsibility for the housekeeping and appearance of the warehouse
  • The candidates should be able to work collaboratively with other warehouse associates to ensure smooth operations and optimize efficiency
  • The candidates should be able to pick, pack, and ship products efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of quality
  • The candidates should be able to receive and properly store products, both physically and in the inventory management system
  • The candidates should operate heavy equipment safely, being mindful of their surroundings and following all safety protocols
  • The candidates should consistently arrive on time for scheduled work days, prepared and ready to perform their duties
  • The candidates should maintain accurate inventory levels, conducting regular counts and reporting any discrepancies
  • The candidates should collaborate effectively with Tesla Service Centers, including providing support for emergency shipping as required
  • The candidates should maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse, adhering to established cleanliness standards
  • The candidates should be willing to take on other assigned duties as necessary to support the smooth operation of the warehouse
