Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should distinguish between colors and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should perform tasks requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate hand-eye coordination
- The candidates should work overtime when required, handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and efficiently manage repetitive tasks
- The candidates should stand for extended periods if necessary, work under tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse, and perform general office duties
- The candidates should be able to set up displays of retail parts and accessories, identify, label, and catalogue items received, and issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use
- The candidates should be able to maintain records on the inventory control system, prepare and track work orders, and prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
- The candidates should be able to process incoming requisitions, receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, and ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment
- The candidates should be able to store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area
