Salary: $27.50 to $34.99 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: Mississauga, ON
Shifts: Evening, Night, Morning
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Parts specialization: Electrical products, manufacturing equipment, refrigeration, small appliances, small engines and generators, vinyl siding, insulating, and roofing
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts, pallet lifters
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to have attention to detail, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage tight deadlines while working under pressure
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks, engage in physically demanding activities like bending, crouching, kneeling, and handle up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to maintain hand-eye coordination, stand for extended periods, and work overtime when required
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean and maintain office, supply area or warehouse, perform general office duties, and identify, label and catalogue items received
- The candidates should be able to prepare and track work orders, process incoming requisitions, and receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials
- The candidates should be able to ship, deliver or pick up parts, products or equipment and store items in warehouse, tool room or supply area
