Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to receive, inspect, and stock inbound products
- The candidates should be able to receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete paperwork
- The candidates should be able to obtain orders and select products from the proper locations
- The candidates should be able to verify the accuracy of orders picked
- The candidates should be able to stage and securely pack products
- The candidates should be able to arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact carriers, and coordinate schedules
- The candidates should be able to handle products and perform duties according to client procedures and government/compliance regulations
- The candidates should be able to palletize cases, wrap, and load skids onto trailers
- The candidates should be able to create shipping labels and other paperwork for parcels to maintain accurate shipping data in the warehouse management system
- The candidates should be able to safely operate various power equipment
- The candidates should be able to respond quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to the supervisor
