Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically fit and capable of performing tasks that involve heavy lifting
- The candidates should have the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and narrow aisle trucks
- The candidates should show a commitment to a cooperative work environment and be self-motivated and capable of working independently and be diligent with strong attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have past warehousing experience, preferably in a mining environment and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The candidates should possess computer skills and experience working within a computerized inventory control system
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform parts counter and customer service tasks and handle shipping and receiving of inventory
- The candidates should be able to stock shelves with inventory, conduct cycle counting and offload trucks
- The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, workstations, and shipping areas neat and perform other duties
