Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be willing to train and operate motorized and manual material handling equipment
  • The candidates should be physically fit with the ability to lift 50 lbs on a repetitive basis

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should preferably have previous related experience
  • The candidates should demonstrate strong reading and math skills
  • The candidates should exhibit accuracy and attention to detail
  • The candidates should possess knowledge of supply chain and flow of goods

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to meet established receiving or distribution standards of operation
  • The candidate should be able to perform receiving duties, which include verifying the accuracy of warehouse deliveries, inspecting items for damage or defects, and ensuring damaged products are identified and removed upon receipt
  • The candidate should be able to enter information using RF guns and computer systems, or complete appropriate paperwork for receiving tasks
  • The candidate should be able to unload inbound trailers, build pallets, sort and unpack items, and transport and locate items to appropriate warehouse locations
  • The candidate should be able to perform distribution duties, such as filling pick order requests, packaging or kitting finished products for shipping, loading requisitioned items into outbound trailers, and entering information using RF guns and computer systems, or completing appropriate paperwork
  • The candidate should be able to learn and utilize the functions of RF Guns and Warehouse Management Software
  • The candidate should be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • The candidate should be able to maintain a flexible schedule and work in all areas of distribution
  • The candidate should be able to comply with all health and safety programs, policies, and practices and adhere to all company policies and maintain quality service by following organizational standards
