Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization: Custom fabrication
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in various environmental conditions, including cold/refrigerated, dusty, hot, and noisy settings, and be able to handle odors
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and familiar with performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be physically fit to manage demanding tasks, possess manual dexterity, have attention to detail and hand-eye coordination, and be able to alternate between sitting and standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads, including loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and more than 45 kg (100 lbs)

- The candidates should be organized and hardworking
- The candidates should be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to interpret welding process specifications and read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes
- The candidates should be able to examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications and determine the weldability of materials
- The candidates should be able to maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
