Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Bondable

Candidate Status:

Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to interpret welding process specifications and read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes accurately
The candidates should be able to operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment proficiently
The candidates should be able to examine welds to ensure they meet standards and/or specifications and determine the weldability of materials effectively
The candidates should be able to operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products efficiently
The candidates should also be capable of maintaining and performing minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment as needed
