Bond & Sons, Ltd know that unpredictable anchor-packed silage isn’t reliable enough for demanding farmers – so our engineers created a better solution. Tracks on the Track-Pack Silage Bagger serve two purposes: they keep you moving steadily on difficult terrain, while packing your silage consistently. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience, welding technology/welder, metal fabricator
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Machinery or equipment repair, Truck repair
Equipment and machinery experience: Spot welding machine, Gas welding machine, Arc welding machine
Welding techniques: Flux core arc welding (FCAW), Gas metal arc welding (GMAW), Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW)
Type of materials: Steel, iron and heavy metals, Composite materials, Aluminum alloys
Own tools/equipment: Welding helmet, Face shield, Safety glasses/goggles, Mask, Steel-toed safety boots, Tools
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, and stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy area
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to interpret welding process specifications, operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes
- The candidates should be able to examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications, maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing and soldering equipment
- The candidates should be able to operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment, operate hoisting and lifting equipment
- The candidates should be able to operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air), (AOC), determine weldability of materials
- The candidates should be able to operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
- The candidates should be able to operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to fill holes, indentations and seams of metal
