Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of efficiently handling repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods as part of their duties
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators, or other metal workers
- The candidates should be able to sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials
- The candidates should be able to grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools, clean machines and immediate work areas, and load and unload vehicles
