Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, be comfortable with tight deadlines, and should have a strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties
- The candidates should be able to study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- The candidates should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold
- The candidates should be able to implement price and credit policies, locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, and be able to develop and implement marketing strategies
- The candidates should be able to plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
