Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Truss manufacturing and building
Equipment and machinery experience: Power tools, small hand tools, nail guns, pneumatic devices, precision measuring instruments
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail, able to bend, crouch, and kneel as necessary for their job duties, and adapt to a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout their workday
- The candidates should have good hand-eye coordination for tasks requiring accuracy, be capable of handling heavy loads as required, and demonstrate manual dexterity for precise tasks
- The candidates should be willing and able to work overtime as needed, physically fit to handle demanding tasks, efficient in performing repetitive tasks, able to stand for extended periods during their shift, and handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as necessary for their job responsibilities
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit flexibility in adapting to changing work requirements and schedules, be organized in managing tasks, and prioritizing responsibilities effectively
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability by consistently delivering work of high quality and meeting deadlines

- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to make minor adjustments and repairs to wood products, assemble door panels, trusses, or modular components to make prefabricated housing, and inspect wood products for conformance to quality standards
