Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 25 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Part time leading to full time – On the road job
Location: Moncton, NB
Shifts: Day, Weekend, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Vehicle supplied by employer and valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort, landscape contractor, residential
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Cleaning and snow removal
Security and safety: Criminal record check, driver’s validity licence check, and driving record check (abstract)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and handle repetitive tasks as part of their duties
- The candidates should be capable of safely handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should demonstrate good manual dexterity and attention to detail in their work, and be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling as required

- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various tasks and situations
- The candidates should be organized in their approach to work and responsibilities, exhibiting reliability in consistently meeting job requirements

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform various gardening tasks including cutting grass and planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees
- The candidates should be capable of applying fertilizers and other lawn care products, and watering and tending to plants, lawns, and gardens
- The candidates should be skilled in tree services, including tree removal, planting, moving trees, and trimming trees to achieve specific pruning objectives
