Salary: $17.50 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 16 to 32 hours bi-weekly

Transportation information: Own Transportation, Own Vehicle, Willing To Travel Regularly, Valid Driver’s License, and Public Transportation Is Available
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of work experience:Â Cleaning and Snow Removal
Equipment and machinery experience:Â Chain Saw, Small Engine Equipment, Tractor Mower, and Weed Trimmer/Edger
Own tools/equipment: Safety Equipment/Gear, Steel-Toed Safety Boots, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses/Goggles, Gloves, Cellular Phone, and Rain Gear
Security and safety: Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Validity License Check, and Child Abuse Registry Check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to walk for extended periods and bend, crouch, and kneel
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist with landscape constructions and weed, prune and trim trees and plants
- The candidates should be able to cut grass and rake, collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage
- The candidates should be able to cart and spread topsoil and other materials and lay sod or seed
- The candidates should be able to repair and maintain equipment and operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment
- The candidates should be able to water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
