Air North, Yukon’s Airline is a regional carrier which provides scheduled passenger, cargo, and charter services, connecting the Yukon with major cities and remote northern communities. Known for exceptional customer service, it operates a fleet of Boeing 737 jets and ATR 42 turboprops. Air North plays a crucial role in linking Yukon’s people and businesses with the broader market. Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Grade 12 High School diploma
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically fit able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, and climb
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 50 to 75 pounds repetitively
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be Canadian citizens, Permanent Residents, or show proof of the right to work in Canada
- The candidates should successfully complete the initial training program
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work outside in all climatic conditions and maintain a neat and professional appearance
- The candidates should be able a safety-conscious attitude and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and effective English communication and interpersonal skills
- The candidates should be able computer literate with the ability to complete online and recurrent training
- The candidates should be able demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding customer service by ensuring all baggage and cargo reach the right destination in a safe and timely manner
