Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Audio/audio-visual, Interactive/new media, Project management, Communications, Brand management, Digital media, Strategy, and Technical support
Specialization/experience (business sales and services): Distribution
Computer and technology knowledge: Final Cut Pro, Microsoft Publisher, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Google Drive, LinkedIn, Electronic mail, MAC, and Simply Accounting
Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail even in high-pressure situations
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes, including producing educational and publicity programs and informational materials
- The candidates should be able to evaluate, implement, and coordinate communication strategies and programs, publicize activities, workshops, meetings, and other events for fundraising or information purposes
- The candidates should be able to prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content, speeches, presentations, and press releases, and perform administrative tasks, plan development projects, recruit and hire staff, answer written and oral inquiries, coordinate special publicity events and promotions, and develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes
- The candidates should be able to supervise professional and support staff and students, train and supervise staff, consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support, and supervise office and volunteer staff
