Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have preferred post-secondary education and related experience
Experience: Candidates should have 1-2 years of sales experience, which is considered an asset

- The candidates should be bilingual in English & French, which is considered an asset
- The candidates should be individuals with excellent time management and planning skills
- The candidates should be individuals with excellent computer skills and the ability to use an iPad effectively
- The candidates should possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to work independently
- The candidates should be individuals with strong planning skills and time management skills
- The candidates should be individuals with priority management skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
- The candidates should have the ability to make informed decisions independently
- The candidates should be driven to succeed and surpass targets
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maximize territory coverage in the designated region
- The candidates should be able to establish strong and productive customer relationships
- The candidates should be able to meet and exceed distribution targets
- The candidates should be able to execute marketing initiatives with strong planning
- The candidates should be able to lead merchandising and cross-promotion with other vendors and in-store departments
- The candidates should be able to work with the Sales team and Business teams to secure commitments from customers
- The candidates should be able to report territory activities back to the District Sales Manager in a timely manner
- The candidates should be able to exceed distribution targets and display targets
- The candidates should be able to plan execution for all promotions
- The candidates should be able to understand the financial implications of decisions made in the field
- The candidates should be able to achieve personal goals as set out by the District Sales Manager
- The candidates should be able to represent Maple Leaf Foods with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
