Salary: $16.72 hourly for 45 to 50 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Weekend
Transportation information: Valid driver’s license, own transportation, and public transportation is not available
Type of product: Bedding plants, Seasonal plants
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working at heights and able to work in confined spaces, as well as in wet or damp conditions
- The candidates should be able to handle working in hot environments and work in cold or refrigerated settings
- The candidates should be non-smoking
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be prepared to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads safely and be ready for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, able to bend, crouch, and kneel as required, and possess good hand-eye coordination with strong attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability in consistently meeting their responsibilities and deadlines
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant bulbs and seeds, pot and re-pot plants, and transplant seedlings or rooted cuttings
- The candidates should be able to report signs of insect or disease damage and clean the work area
