Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Experience: Candidates should have 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to C# and Python
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have 1+ years of experience with SQL databases, or equivalent experience
- The candidates should possess 6+ months of experience working with Apache Spark, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Large Data Lakes
- The candidates should have 1+ years of experience with Azure cloud services or similar cloud platforms
- The candidates should have experience communicating insights to senior leadership teams in both formal presentations and informal group conversations should be demonstrated
- The candidates should have experience collaborating with partner teams to achieve engineering goals in a unified manner
- The candidates should have experience mentoring and coaching peers and early-in-career engineers
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with engineering groups to ingest, process, and model large amounts of communication and interaction data
- The candidates should be able to design solutions ensuring the correctness of data for millions of records every day and participate in on-call rotation, occasionally working off hours
- The candidates should be able to extract raw data from complex sources using industry leading tools like PySpark and Azure Synapse to ensure data scalability
- The candidates should be able to leverage Microsoft’s Copilot Ecosystem to transform data into valuable insights for customers, particularly in AI-driven customer interactions
