Salary: $20.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of performing repetitive tasks, and possess hand-eye coordination
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and work outdoors, walking
• The candidates should be able to work in dusty conditions, hot environments, and noisy conditions, as well as in cold/refrigerated environments

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be flexibility, organized, reliability, and quick learners

Candidate Status:

• Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
• International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean the crops, clean the greenhouse, and hand harvest vegetables
• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, perform seed cutting, and sort fruits and vegetables
• The candidates should be able to clean the work area, fertilize and spray crops, and examine products for quality and readiness for the market
