  • The candidate should be able to answer questions, assist with transactions, or proactively connect clients with the right team members as a Client Service Representative
  • The candidate should be able to serve as the first line of support for clients working towards their financial goals
  • The candidate should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the banking centre’s needs
  • The candidate should be able to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance to help deliver a great client experience
