Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completed a DEP (Diploma of Vocational Studies) in the assembly of aerospace structures
Experience: Candidates should have 0 to 1 year experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should exhibit excellent judgment and attention to detail in their work

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to understand and work from technical drawings, as well as other written instructions or design specifications
  • The candidates should possess mathematical and analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and predictability in their work
  • The candidates should be familiar with a variety of pneumatic, manual, and sheet-metal tools used in aerospace assembly
  • The candidates should be proficient in French, both spoken and written
  • The candidates should have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, especially for reading manuals and technical documentation

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify and align aircraft system structures according to specifications, technical drawings, manuals, and other procedures
  • The candidates should be able to repair and revise aircraft structural systems, including the manufacture, assembly, and machining of aluminum and composite parts
  • The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance tasks and accurately report findings
  • The candidates should be able to promptly inform the supervisor of any irregularities encountered during work tasks
  • The candidates should be able to ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with Nolinor Aviation’s quality standards, policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure timely delivery of work
  • The candidates should be able to maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace at all times
  • The candidates should be able to actively promote the quality management system and provide constructive suggestions for its improvement
  • The candidates should be able to adhere to and implement safety policies effectively throughout all work activities
