Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have graduate of a post-secondary program
Experience: Candidates should have previous experience of hand tools

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should include working flexible shifts from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, including weekends and open availability with a shift start time of 6 am
• The candidates should be cooperative and comfortable working in a team environment and minimum age of 17 years
• The candidates should join our Canada’s Wonderland team to create and maintain a flawless landscaping environment for our guests

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have equivalent experience
• The candidates should have a valid Ontario Driver’s License (class G2 or G) with a clean abstract

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories
• The candidates should be able to interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds
• The candidates should be able to gain skills, knowledge, and experience that will benefit them in the future
• The candidates should be able to maintain the Park’s soft landscape elements including planting, weeding, cultivating, edging, mulching, irrigating, and pruning
• The candidates should be able to be responsible for the cleanup of plant material displays, woodlot, and watercourses
• The candidates should be able to assist as needed in other areas of the department including site cleanup and turf maintenance
