Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work with tight deadlines and manage priorities and flexibility
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in planning and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel

- The candidates should have a good sense of analysis and organization and resourceful and have team spirit
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to organize and manage job card packages and coordinate the return of unused parts to stock
- The candidates should be able to ensure data transfer between different platforms and review job cards for manpower requirements
- The candidates should be able to produce evolution or progress reports and follow up on parts that are on order
- The candidates should be able to assist leads with tracking and management of job card packages
- The candidates should be able to participate in weekly meetings and make projections regarding work
