Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be client-focused and have good judgement
  • The candidates should be organized and reliable
  • The candidates should be a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to interview patients to obtain case histories, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, and other material
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain the filing system, and order supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, and provide customer service
