Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks and have attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and be team players
- The candidates should be able to multitask, have strong time management skills, and demonstrate maturity
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required for customer service
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and maintain work records and logs
- The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments, perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, answer telephone calls, and relay messages
- The candidates should be able to calculate billing charges, relay service to persons with disabilities, perform data entry, and provide customer service
