Salary: $17.40 to $19.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Transportation information: Willing to travel regularly and public transportation is available

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and perform physically demanding tasks while working under pressure
• The candidates should handle repetitive tasks effectively and have strong attention to detail
• The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to stand for extended periods and walk as part of their duties
• The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed

• The candidates should be dependable and reliable in their work, showing initiative and flexibility in their tasks while being a team player
• The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills and uphold values and ethics in their professional conduct

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• The candidates should be able to vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect elevators
• The candidates should be able to wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• The candidates should be able to pick up debris, empty trash containers, and provide basic information on facilities
• The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns
