Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and work under pressure
• The candidates should be skilled in handling heavy loads, meet tight deadlines, and perform physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should be proficient in hand-eye coordination, attentive to detail, and able to stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be flexible in adapting to various tasks, organized in their approach to work, and a team player

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to apply the technique of hoeing between the row, maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes, and pick row and orchard crops
• The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality, and harvest crops
• The candidates should be able to examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
