Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a food service-related industry and knowledge of food preparation

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be available to work Monday through Wednesday from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm (4.5 hours/day) and Thursdays and Fridays from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm (5 hours/day)

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess a Food Handlers certificate

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide front-line customer service for the hospitality storeroom
  • The candidates should be able to monitor, issue, and record par-stock inventories in all labs
  • The candidates should be able to receive deliveries according to standard operating procedures, matching delivery with the purchase order, checking items, verifying invoices, and storing delivered items according to standards
  • The candidates should be able to pre-pack food and beverage items according to standards and prepare lab orders based on detailed lists and standard operating procedures
  • The candidates should be able to assist in cleaning and organizing all lab classrooms, with extra focus during weeks of no academic programming
